La Commissione Regionale <<esprime il parere per il rilascio di nuove autorizzazioni per la realizzazione limitatamente alle attività sanitarie e socio sanitarie e alle discipline ospedaliere e territoriali per le quali è completata la procedura di accreditamento di cui ai commi da 237 quinquies a 237 unvicies della legge regionale n.4 2011 e s.m.i. ; detto parere è limitato alla verifica di compatibilità del progetto al fabbisogno complessivo e alla localizzazione territoriale della struttura da realizzarsi.>>
